I have used Stevens and Son Wholesale Florist for several years, but I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to repeated issues with communication, order accuracy, and customer service. While my sales representative has always been polite, communication has often been difficult. Email responses can take several days or sometimes receive no response, which usually leaves me needing to call just to confirm basic order details. For a florist managing time-sensitive events, this has created a lot of unnecessary stress. I have also experienced multiple issues with order updates and substitutions. There have been times when I was not notified that items were unavailable until the day of pickup or delivery. I have also received items that I had previously cancelled, which made the ordering process feel inconsistent and hard to rely on. My experience with the front desk team has also not felt very customer-service focused, both over the phone and in person. After several years of similar frustrations, I no longer feel confident using them as a regular wholesaler. A very big thank you to Stevens and Son. The entire team is fantastic, and the quality of their flowers is consistently outstanding—fresh, beautiful, and exactly what we need for our shop. Our rep Nikki is truly exceptional. She is incredibly kind, communicative, and always available. She goes above and beyond every single time to make sure we receive the finest flowers, even on short notice. Knowing we can rely on her makes such a difference in a fast-paced floral business! We also want to give a huge shout-out to Dillon, who always goes the extra mile to ensure our flowers arrive when we need them and are transported with so much care right to our shop. Jennifer and Leah are also wonderful to work with. We are so grateful for this team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional flowers and outstanding service.

I was hoping to add this wholesaler to our list but they were so incredibly rude over the phone that I gave up. I had some questions on the application form because it asks for information no other wholesaler I’ve worked with asked for. So just to clarify I called to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. I don’t need anything special like a credit line, or heaps of delivery’s but they gave me an ultimatum about turning in an application, and very aggressively Told me they wouldn’t offer me a credit line anyway because new customers don’t get that privilege. Again, I don’t need, nor want, a credit line, but it’s included in the required paperwork for new applications (?) never did get an answer about it, bc she went off and I ended the conversation promptly.

The best wholesaler there is!! Nikki is the greatest rep and always gets the most beautiful product. I know I can count on them to deliver goregous flowers for my client's special occasions.
